Online Registration
Prior to booking online, your agency will have to register with Gate 1 Travel. Please email the following information to [email protected] to have your agency registered:
If you are registered under a HOST agency please provide those agency details.
1. IATA/CLIA/TRUE/ARC/TICO number – a valid number is required
2. Agency name
3. Agency address- street, city, state and zip
4. Phone number
5. Agency website
6. For International Agencies – a copy of your business license
7. Full name and email of the travel agent registering – each agent needs their own account
For Agencies already registered:
If your agency is already registered, and you need an individual agent account, please have a representative from your agency login and click Create New Agent and enter your contact details. If there are any issues please email [email protected] with the agency details and the full name and email of the agent that needs to be registered.

- If you registered correctly the agency name should be listed in your profile. If you created a direct account instead please contact [email protected] with the agency details mentioned above so we can adjust your account.
