The Holland America Line Navigator App is a free mobile tool designed to enhance the onboard cruise experience. Passengers can use it to view and manage daily itineraries, make dining and shore excursion reservations, check menus, track onboard spending, and access ship information like deck plans and venue hours. The app also offers a free onboard chat feature to stay connected. While no internet package is required, users must be connected to the ship's Wi-Fi to access its features. Holland America Line (HAL) requires each guest to complete online check-in up to 72 hours before your sailing date. We recommend checking in at your earliest convenience to take advantage of browsing and booking onboard experiences and shore excursions. Additionally, we advise creating an account with HAL, as without it, you won't have the benefits of accessing your documents through the mobile app or the ability to pre-arrange shore excursions or drink packages.
